Summary: Two residential towers of 25 & 10 stories, connected through skybridges. Total of approx. 250 units & amenities. Proposing a new connection to Freeway Park.
Approved by the City of Seattle, Aug 31st 2006.

Explode the public components of the program. Redistribute along tower. Rearrage according to content and location. Inject character into the building through substraction of the mass and the building relates to a scale that is much more humane.
