Largest approved project in the West Coast.

Summary: Two Office Towers of 28 & 13 stories with terraced green roofs. Total of approx. 1’000.000 SF. Conceived as an architectural landmark and anchor development for Denny Triangle.









Project: Jenga Tower | Seattle, Wa 2006

Explode the public components of the program. Redistribute along tower. Rearrage according to content and location. Inject character into the building through substraction of the mass and the building relates to a scale that is much more humane.

"You can place amenities in the Jenga Tower as you would place rooms in a house".
